Phosphate

phos3_edited_edited_edited_edited.png

Phosphating is the process in which a Zinc (Light/Dark Grey Colour) or

Manganese (Dark Grey/Black Colour) Phosphate Crystalline surface is formed on either steel or zinc.

This is done to create a bond (base coating) on the surface of the component/parts,

which allows the component to be easily painted or to create an absorbent surface that readily accepts oil.

At Chemi Black and Phosphate, we use our high quality phosphate service to process pressings,

springs and fasteners for the Automotive, Construction, Military, Petrochemical Industries and MOD.

We offer a friendly and personal service, and a very quick

turnaround on all metal finishing services.

For high quality phosphating look no further than Chemi Black and Phosphate.
